Based on the principle of Thermotherapy, Pain relief Heat Pads helps relieve various ailments in many areas of the body. Used with natural, non-toxic and environmentally friendly materials, the Thermo Confort belt relieves tension and aches.
Hot: it improves blood circulation and relaxes muscles. Remove the bag of beads from the cover and place it in the microwave for 30 to 120 seconds. Place the bag back in the cover and place the belt on the desired area
Cold: it helps to conceal inflammation and edema to relieve pain. Place the belt in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours then place it on the area to be relieved. With its elastic band, the belt adapts to all body types and can be used on many areas of the body.

Instructions:
-Microwave for 30 – 120 seconds.
-Carefully remove from microwave and shake around to disperse the heat evenly.
-If not hot enough, microwave in extra 20 second intervals to achieve the desired temperature.
-For use as a Cool Pack, place it in an air-tight bag and store in the freezer for 5 hours or overnight.
