Refund & Returns

Please note that as all of our products are handmade and 100% natural, they can occasionally vary slightly from batch to batch in colour and scent.

If you have an issue with your order please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving goods, quoting your order number. We will always do our very best to resolve any issues.

We advise that if you’re purchasing a product for the first time to see if it suits your skin, it is recommended to patch test it first – FREE samples are available to order.

If you do change your mind about a product it may be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, postage is non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 30 days to reach your bank account.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used or opened.

Please note we will refund the amount you paid for the product, and refunds can only be issued for products purchased on our own website. Customers who have purchased from other stockists, whether online or on the high street, will need to return goods to the place they bought them if dissatisfied, subject to retailer’s returns policy.

In the unfortunate event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
