How to Use
Soak in warm water for 5 minutes and use our 100% natural foot scrub to nourish and exfoliate your skin. Massage the Foot Scrub into the soles, heels and balls of your feet concentrating on dry areas. Rinse off and enjoy the tingly sensation all over your purified feet, follow with healing Nettle Cream for velvety soft feet.

Bamboo Moisturising Spa Socks
One size fits all Bamboo Moisturising Socks are lightweight and breathable. Apply foot cream and keep the sock on for 3 hours. For a full foot treatment, keep on overnight.
Sock Care: Machine wash frequently at 30°C.
Composition: 95% bamboo viscose/5% elastane
Natural Bamboo and Pumice Foot File
A natural Pumice Stone file removes hard skin and leaves your feet soft and smooth. Use on damp skin after showering or bathing. Best results come from use after soaking your feet. Do not use on broken or infected skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
File Care: Rinse with warm water and detergent. Air dry naturally.

Nettle Cream
Nettle cream is a wonderful nourishing cream that deeply hydrates the toughest skin. The buttery blend of natural ingredients include Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Nettle-infused Sweet Almond Oil, Vit E, Lavender and Chamomile essential oils

Apply a small amount of the cream rubbing or massaging it into the skin until absorbed. This rich cream absorbs really well, a little goes a long way and there are never any nasties in our products.
It is advised to test patch a small area first if you’re unsure how your skin will react to Essential oils.
